This is a standardized powdered raw material derived from yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) with extensive long-term food experience, enhanced for proliferation to achieve a copper content of 5% or more. The yeast, which is a microbial-derived raw material, is managed under strict standards, including prior sample evaluation and equivalency assessment upon acceptance, and is delivered to customers after screening and quality control at our domestic factory in Susono City, Shizuoka Prefecture. We maintain a constant inventory in Japan, available in 1 kg packages. Omnica Co., Ltd. Susono Factory has obtained GMP (JIHFS) and ISO 22000:2018 (SGS) certifications for raw materials.
